This Privacy Policy explains how Valley Tech Solutions collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you visit our website, request a quotation, contact us, communicate with us, or otherwise engage with our business.
Valley Tech Solutions operates as part of Valley Auto Enterprise. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, references to “Valley Tech Solutions”, “VTS”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to the business responsible for the relevant processing of your personal information.

- Information relating to quotations, purchases, deliveries and customer support
- Information you voluntarily provide when communicating with us by email, telephone, WhatsApp or other channels
As at the effective date of this policy, this website does not use website analytics, advertising or visitor-tracking tools, and does not build a profile of your browsing. When you submit the quotation or enquiry form, our website server records the internet (IP) address the submission came from, together with the date and time and the page you submitted from. This is used only to protect the form against automated abuse and spam, and it is included in the enquiry email we receive. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy and the effective date above before those services go live. Section 6 sets out the third-party services this website uses.
We aim to collect only information that is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is being collected.
2. How we collect personal information
We may collect information directly from you when you:

- Contact us through WhatsApp

4. Quotations and customer communications
When you submit a quotation request through our website, the details you enter are sent to our website server, which immediately forwards them by email to the Valley Tech Solutions team so that we can respond to you. The submission is not saved to a database and is not retained on the website — the website server processes it only for as long as it takes to send that email. From that point the information lives in our business email system, and is handled as described in this policy.
If you choose to use a WhatsApp button instead, your details are used to open a WhatsApp message to us, which you then send yourself. In that case nothing passes through our website server, and WhatsApp handles the conversation under its own privacy terms.
We may use the information you provide to:
- Contact you about your quotation
- Clarify your requirements
- Recommend products or solutions
- Obtain relevant pricing or availability from suppliers where necessary
- Prepare and deliver a quotation
- Follow up on the quotation
- Provide related customer support

6. Website analytics and third-party services
This website is a static informational catalogue. As at the effective date of this policy, the third-party services it uses are:
- Google Fonts — the typefaces used on this website are loaded from Google’s font servers. Your browser requests those files directly from Google, which means Google may receive your IP address and basic browser information. Google processes that information under its own privacy terms.
- WhatsApp — where you choose to use a WhatsApp button or link, you are taken to WhatsApp to start a conversation with us. That conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms.
- Our website hosting provider — the quotation and enquiry form is processed by a small script on our own web server, which emails the submission to admin@valleytechsolutions.co.za. Our hosting provider handles that processing and mail delivery on our behalf, and does not use your information for its own purposes.
- Google Maps — where a location link is provided, clicking it opens Google Maps in a new tab. No Google Maps content is embedded in our pages.
As at the effective date of this policy, this website does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, reCAPTCHA, advertising or remarketing tags, heat-mapping tools, or any other visitor-tracking or profiling service. If we introduce any of these in future, we will update this policy and its effective date at or before the time those services go live.
7. Sharing personal information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share relevant personal information where reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes, including with:
- Suppliers or manufacturers where necessary to obtain product information, availability, pricing or fulfil an order
- Delivery or logistics providers where necessary to deliver products

So that the quote request feature works, the list of products you add to your quote is saved in local storage in your own browser, on your own device. That information stays on your device, is not transmitted to us or to anyone else, and you can remove it at any time by clearing the products from your quote list or by clearing your browser’s site data.
Where we introduce cookies or similar technologies in future, we will provide appropriate information and controls relating to their use.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms or other online services.
